The hour of gathering signatures was fun. I heard stories from
new residents about how they came to move to Crescent City. It’s interesting
and most come for the outdoor experiences. We are over the top now and the
initiative will be on the ballot. Had a couple of wonderful catch-up chats and
hugs too. Ah, the benefits of volunteering! I like being politically involved.
Today I’ll get an early walk before the cold north wind starts up. It takes the enjoyment away.
