The walk-out was a non-event here. The students were threatened
with the punishment of Saturday school and the seniors didn’t want that on
their records. A bunch of adults marched without them. It’s a red county. Today
I’ll collect signatures on the harbor petitions. We need about 100 more and I
want to help. I like participating in local issues. Megan is taking the day off
so I’m babysitting the dogs. She deserves a break now that tax season is over. Life
is good.
