The committee meeting was social and stimulating. Besides
the delicious meal served in Linda’s delightful home, I enjoyed hearing how
they plan sermons. The strategies differed and the list of resources they use
was amazing. I have great respect for all three of them. We also talked a bit
about the history of the congregation and our future plans. Today I will fill
the green bin, water, and enjoy my garden. It’s overcast and damp and hopefully
that will keep the smoke away.
